    • William Mallory, son of Roger, settled in Elizabeth City county as early as 1680. He married Ann, daughter of Thomas Wythe, gent., Justice of that county. His will was probated 15 Feb., 1720, in which he mentions sons, Francis and William, and daughters, Mary and Ann.
